Unique Hotel Post Zermatt

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the town. We were able to easily explore all the local attractions and restaurants without any hassle. Plus, the views of the surrounding mountains were amazing.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being only a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to the important shopping area. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and always available when I needed assistance. The hotel facilities exceeded my expectations, with additional amenities such as a spa and a music system in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the luxury linens provided added to the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the telefric station, making it easy to access the ski lifts. It is also situated right in the heart of downtown, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff is described as very helpful and proactive, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean, with some guests even receiving a free room upgrade. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including lactose-free milk options. The hotel also features a spa, which is described as awesome.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the noise levels on Friday and Saturday nights due to the hotel bars. Some guests have mentioned that the volume could be lower or the bars could close earlier in order to minimize the disturbance.

We had a wonderful ski holiday at a fabulous hotel in a fantastic location. The spa area was never busy and provided a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The choice of places to eat was excellent, especially the fondue at Posti stubli and the burgers at The Brown Cow pub. The live music in the bars was a great addition to the lively atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were attentive and made us feel very welcome. Our comfortable bedroom with a balcony overlooking the mountains was the perfect place to unwind. The continental breakfast had a great selection, and we could even order made-to-order eggs. I highly recommend this hotel for a ski holiday getaway.

I had an amazing stay here! The location in the center of the village is perfect, as I could easily walk to all the main attractions. The staff provided exceptional service and were always willing to help, whether it was room service or recommendations for local hikes. The spa facilities were also amazing, and the jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a day of hiking.

As foreign tourists, we loved the modern and comfortable rooms with spa-quality bathrooms and balconies offering stunning views. The daily sparkling water and Nespresso machines in the room were a nice perk. The breakfast buffet had a generous spread and cooked-to-order eggs. The hotel restaurants, including a Michelin-plated traditional Swiss cuisine and an Italian option, were fantastic with a great menu selection and friendly staff. The hotel's prime location on the main street surrounded by restaurants and shops made it convenient, yet quiet at night.

Felt right at home here, no complaints whatsoever.
